Refund policy

Return Policy (Custom Art) Because our fine art prints are custom-made to order according to your specifications, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, frame choice, or change of mind.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a damage claim or replacement request, you can contact us at info@frandelgadophotography.com. Please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. Photos of the damage to the print.

  3. Photos of the packaging (required for insurance).

If your replacement is approved, we will ship a new copy to you at no additional cost. In some cases, we may send you a return shipping label to return the damaged item. Do not send items back to the manufacturer without contacting us first, as they may be discarded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, and made-to-order photography prints). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds In the rare event a monetary refund is approved (instead of a replacement), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
